After the Allies have long and difficult debates, discussions and long heated negotiations, the Allies declare war on Germany. This was a big point in history, once the war was declared, there was no going back. This would mean a lot to many countries around the world, and many Germans would flee to escape any danger coming their way, too bad the propaganda was already being developed.
The Players
The Allies
Great Britain, France, Russia and Italy were the original 4 countries of the allies. Even though Italy had a treaty with Germany at first they secretly allied with the Allies. The United States joined in 1917 after waiting as long as they could as a neutral country. Eventually the Allies were a total of 25 nations.

The Central Powers
Germany, the Austrian-Hungarian Empire, the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria were the countries of the Central Powers. These sloppy alliances mostly banded together over national pride and revenge in mind. The nations were not always aligned with each other and didn't always agree.
